Benefits of NP

MY clients report these benefits to me every day. Of course they are happy with their results. And all these benefits are automatic. No effort required!

NP has a range of benefits for the whole personality.

This method does not only take problems away, but it is constructive, it actually builds the personality.

It builds body movement intelligence, emotional intelligence, social relationships, work and career intelligence and thinking skills.

The two most immediate and observable benefits that people report regularly, are

‘an increased ability to tolerate stress and good emotional control and emotional stability.’

People report that they can tolerate stress, they dont get flustered by conflicts, or set back by disappointments. If they come across obstacles, they get more determined to overcome these obstacles. And they report good emotional control. Their emotional reactions are very appropriate and not all stressful.

Its easier to express what you think and feel

Say, you are feeling angry, you will express that anger very appropriately, so that you get what you want out of the situation, but without hurting others.You will be able to communicate your displeasure effectively and without any stress. It therefore has the desired effect on others. So you get the results you want. You are comfortable with how you feel, not stressed. People tend to think feelings like anger and guilt are negative, when in fact they are not. These are powerful positive emotions.

This is a huge shift for people. It means for example that if they need to be confronting they can do it in a very positive way. And they get a very positive result and everybody likes it. This is emotionally a very healthy way to operate. And it is the exact opposite of over-reacting. Added to that, you are not too worried about what other people think when you express opinions and you are not affected by other people’s moods.

People report that they no longer dwell on things

Once expressed and dealt with, that is the end of it. You have a very balanced outlook, you solve problems quickly, you act quickly and you move on immediately to the next situation. People love this. I get this feedback from clients every day. They are really pleased with themselves as far as this is concerned.

All of this is called emotional health or emotional maturity or in more trendy language, emotional intelligence.

But basically it is just happiness. When people are happy, then this is how they function. So the most important benefit people get from NP is to regain their happiness!

In contrast to this is the state where the person feels set back by frustrations, cant express their emotions appropriately and then dwell on it for days or weeks or even months. This is defintiely a state of unhappiness!

Obviously the less stress people feel the more they can focus on external activities like work. NP reduces stress. People report that they become more productive and definitely more creative a s a result of NP.

Stress causes mental confusion and lack of focus and NP removes stress. People also report that they see the big picture, they dont get bogged down by detail. They get clarity about their goals and what they realy want to focus on.
